The American People??

 Has anyone noticed how often the word American is now followed by the word People?

Why not just say Americans?

Would we then be confused, thinking maybe the speaker is talking about American Dogs?  American Cats?  American Mules?

How about agreeing that we are, indeed, talking about the American People....people who sometimes fight like Cats and Dogs, are sometimes as stubborn as Mules...but, in the end, love, support, and respect each other?

Let's just call each other Americans...no matter what.

Bug Spray for Headlights

 At the Hardware Store the other day, I got a can of Off Bug Repellent.

When checking out, I was asked if I was aware that it could also be used to remove the film from headlight covers.  

I did not, but later tried it.

Surprise!

Worked like a charm!
